Bringing Baby Home
Everyone gathers with presents and cards
Not giving a minute of peace,
They pass around your bundle of joy
As he lies asleep, in a blanket of fleece
"Mind you don't drop him"
You say, with eyes open wide,
But feeling so drained
And all tired inside
You rush about when people leave
There's so many bottles to make,
And then the door knocks again
'Oh, for goodness sake!'
